На основании вступившего в силу Федерального закона от 01.04.2019 №48-ФЗ Пенсионный Фонд больше не выдает сотрудникам привычные бумажные СНИЛС. Вместо них введен документ, подтверждающий регистрацию в системе индивидуального (персонифицированного) учета,

В письме №03-02-08/16888 от 15.03.2019 г. чиновники Минфина указали, что неправомерно штрафовать предпринимателя на 20% от неоплаченной суммы за просрочку оплаты ежегодных фиксированных взносов. В этом случае за просрочку применяется только пени.

Оформите приказ, если сотрудник просит день на диспансеризацию. Рекомендует Роструд в данном случае. Издать приказ, если отпускаете сотрудника на  диспансеризацию. По закону у организации нет такой обязанности, но чиновники из Роструда советую оформить документ.
